SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At SIGNAL+ Skin, we treat the delivery of your 01 | 02 | 03 system with the same precision as our formulations. We partner with leading local couriers to ensure your products arrive securely and efficiently across South Africa.

PROCESSING TIMELINES

  • Order Verification: All orders undergo a 24-hour processing period (Monday – Friday).

  • Dispatch: Once verified, your order is dispatched from our central facility. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is in transit.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard Delivery: R150 flat rate for all orders within South Africa.

  • Complimentary Shipping: Orders at R1000 and more qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Main Centres: Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 business days (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban).

  • Regional Areas: Delivery may take between 5–7 business days.

DELIVERY PROTOCOL

  • Courier Service: We utilise door-to-door courier services. Please ensure a recipient is available at the provided address during business hours (08:00 – 17:00).

  • Address Accuracy: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery of your protocol.

  • Tracking: You can monitor your shipment’s progress using the link provided in your "Order Dispatched" email.

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS

If your SIGNALSKIN order arrives damaged or if any component of your 01 | 02 | 03 system is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Currently, SIGNALSKIN exclusively services the South African market. We are working on expanding our delivery network to international territories in the near future.
