7-DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE

At SIGNAL+ Skin, we maintain rigorous standards for our 01 | 02 | 03 formulations. Due to the high-activity nature of our ingredients, we offer a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery. This ensures that any returned stock has not been compromised by improper storage or environmental exposure.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • Timeframe: The request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.

  • Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number from www.signalskin.co.za is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any product that has been opened or the safety seal tampered with.

  • Individual components from a 01 | 02 | 03 System Kit (unless the entire kit is returned).

  • Products purchased through unauthorised third-party stockists.

THE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiate: Email clientcare@signalskin.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation.

  3. Logistics: You are responsible for the courier costs associated with returning the item to our facility, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., The Courier Guy) to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.

  4. Inspection: Once received, our lab will inspect the item to verify it remains in its original, saleable condition.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Approved Returns: Once the inspection is successful, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Deductions: Please note that the original shipping fee (R150) if applicable is non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If you received the incorrect product, we will dispatch the correct item at our expense once the original item has been collected.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If your 01 | 02 | 03 system arrives with a technical fault or transport damage:

  • Please notify clientcare@signalskin.co.za immediately.

  • Include clear photographic evidence of the damage.

  • We will arrange a priority collection and replacement at no additional cost to you.
